Andre Daugherty appeals the manifest injustice disposition imposed after he pleaded guilty to taking his parents motor vehicle without permission. Daugherty argues that the juvenile court failed to observe his right of allocution before imposing the disposition. Daugherty also argues that the manifest injustice disposition was excessive. The State concedes that the juvenile court erred in imposing the disposition without observing Daughertys right of allocution. A commissioner of this court considered this matter on an accelerated basis, under RAP 18.13, and referred this matter to a panel of judges. Based on the States concession, we vacate Daughertys manifest injustice disposition and remand for a new disposition hearing.
